Cancellation

You can cancel your booking without any charges if you inform us at least 24 hours before your journey time.

If you cancel within 24 hours of pickup time, the following rules will apply:

• Multi-day trip: Charges for the first day will be deducted. Remaining amount will be refunded.
• Single-day trip / Airport transfer: No refund will be provided.
• Airport transfer (special case): No cancellation charge if cancelled at least 2 hours before pickup time.

 

Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
