Payments
All payments for taxi booking are processed through secure payment systems.
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking as per RBI rules.
Once your payment is successful, you will receive confirmation by call, message, or email.
Cancellation & Refund
You can cancel your booking without charges if done at least 24 hours before pickup.
If cancelled within 24 hours:
- Multi-day trip: First day charge will be deducted, rest will be refunded
- Single-day trip / Airport transfer: No refund
For airport transfers, no cancellation charge if cancelled at least 2 hours before pickup.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.
